Cancellation Policy

To streamline and simplify, we offer two standardized cancellation policies and one custom option for your convenience: Free, Flexible, and Other.

Free

  • 100% deposit refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before the retreat start date.
  • 50% deposit refund for cancellations made 1-29 days before the retreat start date.
  • If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date.

Please note: For deposit and remaining balance amounts, refer to your booking summary email.

Flexible

  • 100% deposit refund for cancellations made 15 or more days before the retreat start date.
  • 50% deposit refund for cancellations made 7-14 days before the retreat start date.
  • 0% deposit refund for cancellations made 0-6 days before the retreat start date.
  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date.

Other

Defined by the retreat owner. Retreat host/ management choose this option if the above policies don’t fit your needs and create your own cancellation terms.

Cancellation Info

When purchasing a retreat through our site, one of these respective cancellation policies will apply to your purchase.

Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand each cancellation policy, and to clearly know which policy has been chosen by each respective retreat.

We understand that sometimes life throws unexpected situations your way. If you find yourself unable to attend the retreat, we encourage you to cancel your booking as soon as possible. It’s always nice to reach out to the retreat owner personally as a courtesy. We’ll notify them either way, but the choice is yours to make that connection.

Our Intention

We aim to make booking retreats as simple and transparent as possible for you, while also balancing the operational needs of retreat hosts.

To Cancel Your Booking:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of [YourSite].com.
  2. Select My Trips.
  3. In the list of bookings, click Summary next to the booking you want to cancel.
  4. Review the retreat details and ensure you understand the cancellation policy applied to your booking.
  5. Click Cancel.
  6. On the confirmation popup, click I’d like to cancel.

Cancellation Disputes

In the event of a dispute, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. If necessary, we may assist in mediating the situation at our discretion. We hold the final say in all cancellation disputes.

However, our primary request is that both parties work together first to resolve the issue with understanding, flexibility, compassion, and forgiveness.

From this place, a solution can always be found.
