Beautiful hotel - very chilled and serene- stunning views over the lake. All the staff were lovely- especially Snera and her colleagues at front reception (adaman and another young lady whose name I don’t have) Cleaning staff were happy and smiling and did amazing laundry- thank you! Had great experience where hotel invited all the local pre school children to make Xmas cake and let them enjoy the facilities. Pool attendant worked tirelessly to kept the pool free of leaves- never ending! Food ordered off the menu was excellent- buffet was good but was pretty spicy catering for the local palette!!
Excellent, staff is so polite and amazing. Will come back again and see you guys again. Love the service...............
Very Supporting staff like Nandana & Muhiudheen, Harsh Kumar etc. and location of resort is awesome including complementary backwater boating.. Nice cafeteria points near river view also..

We had a pleasant experience at Fragnant Nature, staff is very courteous and helpful. They accommodated our special requests instantly, apart from this the resort is beautiful, and a perfect place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. They have kayaking, speed boat and country boat as well, we took the experience of speed boat which was nice, their in house spa also have some great services. They have plenty of options in vegetarian and we tasted a few dishes, dal tadka makai kebab, paneer tikka, masala papad ghee rice, phulka, paneer butter masala , chilly potato everything tasted good
